How can I purchase an item?
NGMCo. is a one man shop and I design, produce, finish, and then ship every single item myself (with some help from my wife, CC). For drops, I machine items in batches and all items are sold first come, first served. For any preorders, I will specify the shipping timeline on the specific preorder item page(s).
❗️The best way to score is to subscribe to the email list. We only send out drop & preorder notifications - never any spam.
I am beyond blessed that the things I make sell out quickly! I do my best to spread the love. All sales and preorders are done on this website. If it says in stock, it’s yours (if you’re quick)!
I do not do any sales on social media, via email, or DM.
Do you outsource any production?
NO! Other than the fasteners, which are made for me in the USA, all production is done by me in my shop.
I scored on a drop, when will my package ship?
Please allow 5-7 days for us to ship your goodies after a drop. For preorders, you can find the specific shipping deadline on the item's description, typically 4 weeks after the purchase date. Please note that after an order is placed, it cannot be modified or combined with other orders.
What is the return policy?
Just a heads up that we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. All unused items can be returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase for the original purchaser (not including any initial shipping fees).
We carefully inspect every product before it's sent to you and we apologize immensely if you received a damaged item. On the off chance you receive an item with a defect, we will streamline your return by covering your shipping and sending you a prepaid return label.
Lost or stolen packages?
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If it's been longer than 30 days and your package still has not turned up, please contact us at info@niceguymachine.com.
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to several countries outside the US and are always working on improving our shipping process to reach more people & places. Please note, it is your responsibility to verify your address in English. Any international shipments are not the responsibility of NGMCo. once they leave the US.
