Japanese Cowboy - Clipped Version

Please welcome The Japanese Cowboy!  This listing is for the "Clipped" version, (with machined titanium pocket clip) as pictured.  TJC gets his name from the core components - the 10mm wrench on one end and the "Old Timer" inspired screwdriver/prytool & caplifter on the other.  I made these .28" thick (over a 1/4 inch) to be a robust tool, so I created 8 tangent, curved faces coming together to achieve a swooping concave relief which allowing it to thin down to a "not quite sharp, but not quite dull" box cutting tip/edge at the cap lifter.  I shaped this slope to drop off the edge about 0.2" before it gets to the tip which allows for the narrow screwdriver tip to be plenty thick for any flat head screwing... whether that "flat head" is indeed a fastener or a foe in need of an eyeball cleaning.

Designed, machined & finished by me with my tools in my shop

Machined from thick bars of 6al4v (Grade 5) Titanium

This drop is Aluminum Oxide blast & Stonewash finish

Body thickness - 0.28" - 0.34" thick including the pocket clip

Weight - 0.35 oz.

Screwdriver tip is 0.20" (which I made specifically sized for switch plate screws)
